Cemal Önder was born in 1986 in the Fethiye district of Muğla. He began his undergraduate education at the Faculty of Dentistry, Ege University, in 2006 and graduated in 2012 with the title of dentist. Immediately after graduation, he worked for a short time at Buca Duru Oral and Dental Health Center in Izmir. After this first experience, in 2013, he co-founded Üçyol Oral and Dental Health Polyclinic with a colleague in Üçyol, Izmir. Since the establishment of the clinic, he has started to provide services in various areas such as aesthetic and preventive treatments, implant applications, and restorative dental treatments.
Initially a single-location clinic, this polyclinic grew over the years in line with the increasing number of patients and the expanding scope of services. By 2021, Üçyol Polyclinic transformed into a two-branch oral and dental health clinic group and began operating under the name CEON Oral and Dental Health Polyclinic. During this expansion process, Önder developed the clinic's organizational structure and aimed to reach patients in different regions. Because he placed importance on the technological infrastructure of the clinic, he incorporated digital dentistry equipment.
Throughout his educational journey, he has participated in courses and seminars where he developed his skills in aesthetic dentistry, smile design, laminate veneer applications, and implant surgery. He had the opportunity to learn up-to-date methods by attending trainings at Istanbul Dental Academy, the Aesthetic Dentistry Academy Association (EDAD), and seminars organized by various implant companies. Önder, who is a member of the Turkish Dental Association (TDB) and the Izmir Chamber of Dentists, aims to keep his professional knowledge up to date by participating in various congresses and symposiums alongside his clinical work.
