Dr. Yunus Kaplan was born on February 12, 1979, in Iskenderun. After completing his primary and secondary education in Hatay, he began his medical education at Gaziantep University Faculty of Medicine and graduated in 2001. He then continued his specialty training in Otolaryngology (ENT) at the same university, earning his specialization title in 2009. During this period, he focused on basic applications in the field of ENT while also engaging in surgical procedures and medical research.
He spent the early years of his career at Gaziantep University. Then, between 2009 and 2011, he worked at Cizre State Hospital, where he had the opportunity to work with various patient groups and observe different ENT cases. From 2011 to 2013, he continued his work at Private Batman Dünya Hospital, and from 2013 to 2015, he worked at Private Istanbul Hospital. During his time at these institutions, he performed surgeries such as rhinoplasty and revision rhinoplasty, and also worked on other ENT subspecialties, including thyroid surgery, radiofrequency treatments, and the insertion of ear tubes.
In 2015, Dr. Kaplan had the opportunity to work at Sefaköy Medipol Hospital. Since 2017, he has been continuing his professional activities at Private Centrium Hospital in Istanbul. At this hospital, he addresses patients' requests for nasal aesthetic procedures using different methods and performs surgical interventions in various areas of otolaryngology. His clinics are located in Şişli, Istanbul, and he also provides treatment opportunities for international patients under health tourism.
To facilitate easy communication with international patients, he speaks English and offers similar opportunities for patients coming from other cities. His personal interests include traveling, sports, and reading books. With the knowledge and experience gained through his medical education, ENT specialization, and work at different hospitals, he continues his profession in Istanbul.
