Dr. Bora Ok graduated with honors from Karadeniz Technical University Faculty of Medicine in 2006. Inspired by Turkish plastic surgery pioneer Prof. Dr. Halit Ziya Konuralp, he pursued specialization in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery at İstanbul Haydarpaşa Training and Research Hospital, a high-volume center. His residency provided extensive experience in diverse areas including hand surgery, burns, microsurgery, and aesthetic procedures. He further honed his microsurgical skills through a course at Dokuz Eylül University. Dr. Ok sought advanced training internationally, completing Dr. Bryan Mendelson's deep plane facelift (MAFAC) course and observing Dr. Andrew Jacono, a world expert, in New York. His dedication to learning is shown by participation in numerous courses on rhinoplasty, facelifts, and thread lifts. After completing mandatory service and working four years at a private Istanbul clinic, he founded his own practice in İstanbul-Fenerbahçe in 2017. Dr. Ok is particularly recognized for his expertise in ethnic and closed rhinoplasty, performing over 300 such operations annually. He utilizes modern techniques for procedures like breast augmentation, facelifts, body shaping, and mommy makeovers, frequently presenting his rhinoplasty work at international congresses. He holds memberships in various esteemed medical associations.

The op day was nerve-wracking but the staff were smashing, really calming. Post-op care was spot on, clear instructions and follow-up checks. The results are honestly amazing, better than I'd hoped! My legs look so much smoother and firmer. It's given me a massive confidence boost. My only tiny moan, and it's silly, is that the appointment times sometimes ran a bit late, but honestly, given the quality of care and the fantastic outcome of the Thigh Lift, it’s a minor thing. Dead happy overall.
