Dr. İlayda Yücetürk completed her undergraduate medical education at Antalya University Faculty of Medicine and then directed her career towards hair transplantation and hair restoration. After graduation, in 2018, she worked as an assistant in the anesthesia clinic, focusing on developing her clinical skills. During this period, she had the opportunity to gain a more comprehensive perspective on operational procedures, patient safety, and the technical details required in the operating room environment.
She began attending seminars and training programs related to hair transplantation early on. Due to her interest in innovative techniques, she researched current hair transplant methods such as FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction), DHI (Direct Hair Implantation), and Sapphire FUE. By closely examining the stages of these methods, she adopted various approaches to create more efficient operation plans. Topics such as extracting hair follicles under optimal conditions, designing a natural hairline, and increasing the survival rate of transplanted hair became focal points of her professional practice.
In 2016, she founded Alâ Hair Clinic, a hair transplantation center in Antalya. In this venture, she adopted a personalized planning approach and developed various procedures for individuals experiencing different types of hair loss. She also worked on beard, mustache, and eyebrow transplants, providing treatments to address hair deficiencies in the facial area. In the later period, she began performing surgeries at Soracamed Clinic Antalya. By examining graft placement techniques and post-operative care processes at different centers, she served a broad patient base.
Throughout her career, she closely followed developments in the field of hair transplantation and participated in workshops at various symposiums. During these events, she exchanged information with other doctors and engaged in hands-on experience sharing about current technologies and methods. While there is limited information on academic publications, she prioritized practical training and integrated the new approaches she learned in professional education programs into her operational practice. As a result, she continues her career by providing hair transplant services at various clinics in the Antalya region.
