Dr. Çağdaş Orman started his medical education in 2001 in the Uğur Derman English Medical Program at Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine and completed it in 2008. After graduation, he worked for a year in emergency medical services in Kayseri. In 2010, he began his specialty training in plastic surgery at Istanbul Okmeydanı Education and Research Hospital and earned his specialist title in 2015. During this period, he was involved in extensive practices related to various surgical topics, including facial aesthetics, rhinoplasty, and body contouring.
After completing his specialty training, he worked as a plastic surgeon at Gümüşhane State Hospital and Haseki Education and Research Hospital as part of his mandatory state service. In the following years, he worked as a consultant surgeon in various private clinics both in Turkey and abroad, performing aesthetic surgical procedures for different patient groups. In 2018, he opened his own clinic in Ataköy, Istanbul, where he focused on breast surgery, rhinoplasty, facial rejuvenation surgeries, and body contouring methods.
Dr. Orman has remained active in academics, writing various scientific articles and participating in national and international congresses. His works on ear aesthetics, post-bariatric surgery, and oncological reconstruction have attracted attention in the professional community. He has also participated in research on topics such as evaluating surgical margins, treating hidradenitis suppurativa, and otoplasty techniques alongside his team. In addition to his membership in the Turkish Society of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery, he completed the necessary exams for the European Plastic Surgery Board certification and earned the title of European Board-certified plastic surgeon. Thus, he continues his educational and professional development within international standards.
