Medelysium does not operate clinics and does not promote facilities based on commercial arrangements or patient volume. Clinics are presented on the platform to provide transparent information about regulated healthcare providers and to help patients understand how medical treatment is organized when considering procedures abroad.

Patient consultations and treatment planning are conducted within the physician’s private clinic in Istanbul. Surgical procedures associated with aesthetic surgery are typically performed in hospital environments equipped for plastic and reconstructive operations. These environments generally include sterile operating rooms, anesthesia systems, and recovery areas designed for short-term postoperative monitoring.

Plastic surgery procedures require controlled clinical conditions that support sterile surgical workflows, anesthesia management, and perioperative monitoring. Infection-control protocols, sterilization procedures, and structured surgical processes are standard elements of such environments.
